In order to continually provide great products at great prices, we have the following policies:
* Payment by Paypal is preferred. Credit card or funded is fine. We can accept eChecks but will not ship (or begin work on custom items) until the eCheck clears. We will accept a money order or cashier`s check via U.S. mail, with the understanding that we will not ship until payment is received, and that for custom items the work would not begin until payment is received. Unfortunately, we are unable to take personal checks.
* Shipping is via USPS and is a flat rate of $4.00, except for single diaper orders (see "shipping" section). We can ship internationally; you would pay actual shipping costs (contact us if you want to order internationally).
* Returns: Please try the diaper on your child quickly (or try it on over a disposable diaper) as we cannot accept items for return that have been washed or used. Any item that has not been washed or used may be returned, less original shipping charges, within 30 days. Items to be returned (unless defective) must be in brand new condition and free of cigarette smoke or other odors, etc. Please contact us prior to your return. We reserve the right to impose a 20% penalty on items that would be difficult to resell (certain color combinations) or orders of 10+ diapers.
* Defective or damaged merchandise: We hope that this would never happen, but in the unlikely event that it does, we do offer a full one-year guarantee on workmanship (workwomanship?) and materials. We will perform any needed repair free of charge, or replace the product plus shipping (at our option) within one year of purchase.
* I inspect items before shipping them but may occasionally miss some lint or a pen mark. You may rest assured that the pen marks, if you find one, will wash out.
* Snaps are guaranteed to stay on with normal use. If not, we`ll put them back on (no time limit).
* All items from The Baby Blanket come from a smoke free, pet friendly home.
* Your satisfaction is our first priority! If you`re not happy, tell us right away. We`ll do everything in our power to make it right.
